Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in San Ramon/ TriValley area so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Insurance
We accept most traditional insurance plans such as Delta Dental, and
any insurance that allows you to go to any dentist. We are also
contracted with many PPO Plans such as Blue Cross Prudent Buyer, Blue
Cross Dental Blue, MetLife, United Concordia. If you have a PPO Plan
that is not listed it is possible that we still accept it but we would
be considered out of network. Many times there is very little to no
difference between in network and out of network benefits. Please
contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards and are happy to file insurance claims for you, however you are responsible for all claims and any remaining balances not paid by insurance. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Billing Specialists for details.
